Mr. Ijaz-Ur-Rehman holds Master of Science in Finance. He also holds Master degree in Economics and Finance. He brings more than 4 years of experience to TESDO. He works in conjunction with other consultants to provide statistical analyses of survey, focus group discussions, instrumentations and quantifications. His core competencies are, data cleaning and screening, data validations, statistical and econometric modeling, inferential statistics, base-line analysis, multivariate analysis, cluster analysis and time series analysis. He is actively engaged in providing trainings on quantitative data analyses with different statistical tools to higher degree students in different universities/DAI.

A motivated and spirited individual who had done his Masters in business administration from Quaid-e-Azam university Islamabad, and has diverse range of more than thirteen years Industrial and Academic experience .After doing his MBA he remained in Corporate Sales of Mobilink .Then joined a USA based IT firm i.e. Advanced-e-Technologies and serve there as a HR Manager for four years. After that he became strategic partner of AZ trading Company and serve there as a Business Development officer. In 2007 he shifted towards Academia and joined COMSATS institute of IT campus as a Faculty member. He has taught several professional courses including Strategic Management, Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, HR Management, Strategic HRM, Entrepreneurship, Advanced Human Resource Management and other related courses. He possesses a diversified experience of Training and development of different organizations of Pakistan in a number of fields.
Faridul Islam is a Professor in the Department of Economics, Morgan State University, Baltimore, MD. Faridul Islam earned his MS from the London School of Economics and the PhD from University of Illinois-Urbana under the supervision of Professor Paul Newbold. He also worked at the Wharton Econometric Forecast Associates, PA. He has published in Economics Letters, Journal of Economic Education, International Journal of Social Economics, Indian Economic Review, Journal of Asian Economics, Economic Modelling, Journal of Economic Development, Economic Change and Restructuring, Journal of Developing Areas, Journal of Business Economics and Management, Bangladesh Development Studies, The International Trade Journal, South Asian Economic Journal, Economics Bulletin, Review of Applied Economics, inter alia.
